The My Courses page gives users a clear view of all assigned training, including due dates, progress status, and course details. Courses are sorted by most recently assigned, but learners can quickly find specific courses using the search bar. Whether you’re just starting a course or returning to finish a lesson, this page is the central hub for staying on track and up to date with training requirements.

The Course Player is designed to make taking training simple, engaging, and stress-free. With a clean interface, learners can focus fully on each lesson—whether that’s watching a video, completing a short interaction, or reviewing training aids. Need to step away mid-lesson? No problem! Progress is automatically saved, so users can exit and resume training at any time without starting over.

The My Results page provides a complete record of all completed training. Users can view completion dates and certificates for each course they’ve taken, making it easy to provide proof of training when needed. Whether for compliance, professional development, or internal tracking, this page keeps user training history organized and accessible.
Instant Proof of Completion
Each Training Certificate offers official documentation that a course has been successfully completed. Upon course completion, a certificate is made immediately ready for downloading, printing, emailing, or uploading to a compliance system. This ensures learners can easily demonstrate their training credentials whenever and wherever they need to.

For many courses, certification lasts either permanently or for one full year. If you are unsure, it is a good idea to ask your supervisor how long a course certification lasts and when you might have to retake a course.
Currently we only have a handful of Spanish courses, but we will eventually be adding more languages. Select Courses on the left hand menu, then select View Courses from the dropdown. On that page, select Categories, and then search the word Spanish there and it will bring up all the courses we offer in Spanish.
Courses that your supervisor has assigned to you will be listed on the My Courses page.
