Hazard Communications for Employees: Workplace Hazards and Risk Mitigation

Course Description

This course focuses on the critical aspects of identifying, assessing, and managing workplace hazards to promote employee safety and well-being. Participants will explore various types of hazards—including physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial—and learn how to conduct effective risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures. Emphasis will be placed on safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, as well as the selection and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to foster a culture of safety and resilience within their organizations.
