Hazard Communications for Employees

Course Description

In today's diverse workplace environments, from manufacturing to healthcare, effective hazard communication is essential to ensuring employee safety and compliance. This course explores the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), classification and labeling of hazardous chemicals, and the importance of OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard in protecting workers. Participants will gain an understanding of how to recognize workplace hazards, interpret safety data sheets, and apply risk mitigation strategies to prevent chemical-related incidents. By the end of the training, employees will be empowered to work safely with hazardous substances and contribute to a safer work environment.
