Ensure you are logged in under an account that has access to create an Incident Report, then select Incidents from the left hand menu and select File an Incident. Fill in the required information and select Submit.
Reports can be exported and shared as needed. This is a useful feature for companies looking to share incident reports with OSHA or other regulatory bodies.
